2. Service Provision & Apparatus
- Deployment: All networking installations and biometric setups are subject to on-site technical surveys.
- Product Availability: Gadgets and apparatus (routers, sensors, power stations) are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent models if a specific item is discontinued.
- Client Cooperation: Clients must provide safe and necessary access to their premises for all physical infrastructure deployments.
3. Payments and Billing
- All prices for apparatus and on-site services are quoted in PKR (or as specified).
- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule (e.g., 50% upfront for infrastructure projects).
- Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of technical support services.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Synaptic Sparks PVT LTD owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including our logos, design layouts, and technical documentation. All rights are reserved.
5. Limitation of Liability
Synaptic Sparks will not be held liable for any network downtime, data loss, or secondary damages resulting from external ISP failures or improper use of provided apparatus by the client. Our liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the physical equipment provided under warranty.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
