Refund and Return Policy
At Synaptic Sparks, we take pride in the quality of our networking apparatus and the precision of our deployment services. We understand that sometimes technical requirements change. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a transparent experience for our clients.
1. Physical Apparatus & Gadgets (Returns)
We offer a 7-day return period for physical products (routers, switches, sensors, power stations, etc.) under the following conditions:
- Unopened Items: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- Faulty Apparatus: If a device is found to be dead-on-arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, it will be eligible for an immediate replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-cut cabling, used mounting hardware, and items with visible physical damage (scratches, water damage, or electrical surge damage) are not eligible for return.
2. Deployment & Professional Services
Services such as on-site network configuration, biometric system installation, and infrastructure mapping are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
- Cancellation Before Work: If a service appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, a full refund of the service fee deposit will be issued.
- Post-Installation Support: If you experience issues with a deployment, we offer a 15-day technical adjustment period where our engineers will rectify any configuration errors at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned apparatus, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Payments will be processed via the original method of payment (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, or Cheque) within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective upon arrival.

Many of our high-performance networking assets come with a Manufacturer Warranty.
- Synaptic Sparks will assist clients in facilitating warranty claims with the original manufacturer for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by unstable power supply, lightning strikes, or unauthorized technical tampering.
5. Special Orders
Any specialized or bulk equipment ordered specifically for a large-scale infrastructure project cannot be returned unless it is technically faulty. We encourage clients to finalize their technical specifications during the pre-deployment consultation.
